“The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.” – Eleanor Roosevelt
International Women’s Day is not just a celebration. It is a commitment. A commitment to amplify, support, and champion the voices of women everywhere.
Through coaching and mentoring, I have witnessed how many brilliant, capable women hold back, not from lack of ability, but from internalised doubt or environments which undervalue them. My work is often about helping them remember their worth, reclaim their narrative, and rebuild belief in their ability to lead on their own terms.
Whether you are mentoring a colleague, coaching a team, or simply listening more deeply, this is the work that elevates.
This year’s reflection:“Whose voice can I help elevate and how might I elevate my own?”
Like Eleanor Roosevelt, who redefined what quiet courage in leadership looks like. Or Michelle Obama, who shows us what grace and power in authenticity can achieve. We too can lead change through intention and presence.
